1. Assess the needs of each child on her class list. When appropriate, utilize the problem solving process including data collection and progress monitoring. 2. Be an active participant in the team's development of an IEP stating each child's present level of functioning, goals to meet each child's needs, and evaluation procedures and schedules for determining when goals
